We now actually ship everything by sea to avoid the carbon intensive air travel but it is a very small percentage of the overall emissions. The largest emissions do come from the farm but thanks to the stringent sourcing and working with the most advanced farms this part of the carbon footprint is now offset entirely through natural carbon sequestration on the farm.
